Order/Shipping Policies

All orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days. You may refer to the link provided in your e-mail confirmation to view the status of your order and to view tracking information. Delays in processing will be communicated within 24 hours.

Return Policy

All returns, including defective merchandise, must be returned to Egg Press within 15 business days from receipt of item. If the merchandise was defective due to an Egg Press error (as opposed to shipping damage), purchase and freight costs will be reimbursed, otherwise all freight costs related to receiving and returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. In order to receive credit for the full amount of purchase item must be received by Egg Press in its original packaging in pristine, resalable condition.
