Terms & Conditions for Custom Printing

Proofs
The initial proof is included in the price of the order; each additional proof may be subject to a $20 charge. Color PDF proofs will be sent via email. An emailed or faxed proof approval is necessary to begin production on your order. Egg Press will not be responsible for any errors and / or changes not indicated on the approved proof.

Turnaround
A proof will be e-mailed to you within 2 business days from receipt of order. The order will ship 10 business days from date of proof approval, unless otherwise specified. Be sure to provide a current e-mail address and phone number when completing checkout.

Rush Service

Return Policy
Due to the personalized nature of custom printed product, we do not allow returns on custom printed items purchased from Egg Press. Should there be a difference in the printed text from the approved proof or a problem with your custom order once received, please contact us immediately. We will strive to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

A word about our custom printing 
Slight variations in print and color are inherent in the letterpress printing process and should be expected. Such subtleties are what make letterpress printing a unique and enduring craft. In addition, paper may come to us with subtle differences due to batch variation.
